Designed by Peter Ramminger, the Palermo cutlery is understated and straightforward. The proportions and length are contemporary, with clear contours and a straight finish on the handle. The highly polished solid monobloc table stainless steel knives are forged from one piece and hardened as a whole.
Made from easy-care, robust Cromargan stainless steel 18/10 polished. Cromargan is resistant to food acids as well as being odourless and tasteless. It is rust-free, dishwasher safe, dimensionally stable, sanitary and indestructible.
