Notes on Use > Do not use the Achillomed® for longer than 15 minutes a day. Longer massages can lead to over-stimulation of the Achilles tendon, creating tension instead of aiding relaxation. > The Achillomed® features an automatic switch-off function, which is set to the maximum operating duration of 15 minutes. If you change the massage speed or direction during the application, the automatic switch-off timer starts again from the beginning (15 minutes). > You can use the Achillomed® with bare feet or with socks on. To ensure an optimal massage effect, we recommend that you use the Achillomed® with bare feet.
