> IMPORTANT: FOR ACCURATE READINGS
⚠️ Place the scale on a hard, flat surface, such as tiles or wooden flooring. Never use it on carpet, a rug, a bathmat or any soft or uneven surface. This is the single biggest factor in getting an accurate reading. On an uneven surface, the scale may read inconsistently, jump between weigh-ins, or display an error. This is a placement issue, not a fault.
⚠️ Stand still with bare feet, weight evenly distributed on both feet and both electrodes, for body composition measurements. Feet, calves and thighs should not touch each other.
⚠️ BMI measurement range: Diagnostic scales calculate BMI within a set height-to-weight range. Individuals who are very tall with low body weight, or very short with high body weight, may find the BMI function unavailable. This does not affect the accuracy of the weight function, which remains correct up to the scale's 180kg maximum capacity.

• Do not use during pregnancy
• Do not step onto the outer edge of the scale (risk of tipping)
• Do not use with wet feet or on a damp surface (risk of slipping)
• Body fat, water, and muscle percentages are separate readings and are not designed to add up to 100%
