General Tips for Getting the Most from Your Diagnostic Scale
For best accuracy, always weigh yourself at the same time each day (ideally in the morning, after having been to the toilet, on an empty stomach and without clothing, to obtain results which can be compared.
An analytical measurement is only possible bare foot and while using the hand-held unit . Otherwise, only a weight measurement will be performed, which will be assigned to a scale user
NB: Ensure that you weigh yourself on a smooth flat surface, e.g., tiles or wooden flooring. The scale cannot accurately calculate your stats if you weigh on an uneven surface, such as a carpet. A hard surface is crucial for achieving accurate measurements.
Wait a few hours after any physical exertion to which your body is unaccustomed. Wait approximately 15 minutes after getting up so that the water stored in the body can disperse.
Remember that only the long-term trend is important. Short-term changes in weight within a few days are normally caused by loss of fluids.
This scale uses BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) to estimate body composition (e.g., body fat, muscle, water), based on user data like age, height, and gender. However, the results are approximations and not medically precise, as the scale isn't calibrated for professional medical use. Only qualified medical professionals using proper diagnostic tools can accurately determine such health values. Users should consult healthcare professionals for treatment or diet decisions, using the scale's readings as supportive information.

Limitations
NB: Please note that diagnostic scales calculate BMI measurements within a set range of height to weight parameters. Individuals who are particularly tall with low weight, or particularly short with high weight will not be able to use the scale's BMI function. Persons with significant anatomical abnormalities in their legs compared with their overall body height (leg length significantly shorter or longer).
Weight to height ratio does not affect the scale's weight function. Weight function is correct, up to the scale's maximum capacity.
When calculating body fat and the other values, unusual and implausible results may occur in the case of: Children under approximately 10 years of age. Performance athletes and body builders. Persons with a fever, persons undergoing dialysis, persons with oedema symptoms and persons suffering from osteoporosis. Persons taking cardiovascular medicine (affecting the heart and vascular system). Persons taking vasodilative or vasoconstrictive medication.
Inaccurate or implausible results may occur when determining the heart rate if there is insufficient circulation in the legs, excessive venous stasis, vascular constriction or extensive leg oedemas.
